At ZAMRI INDIA, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted leather goods. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 5days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Due to the handcrafted nature of our leather products, minor natural variations are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customised or personalised orders
• Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
